Hawaiian Pineapple-Beef Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 whole Garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp peanut or sesame oil
- 1 cup fresh pineapple cut in chunks
Instructions
- Cut the beef in bite-sized cubes (about 3/4" x 3/4").
- Mix the remaining ingredients (except pineapple) and marinate the beef in them overnight, or for at least an hour.
- Remove meat, reserving marinade.
- Thread meat on skewers, alternating with pineapple cubes.
- Broil or barbecue until meat is of desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade while cooking. Serve with hot rice.
