Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 whole yellow onion peeled and sliced
- 1 lb beef flank steak
- 2 whole fresh jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
- 2 whole tomatoes diced
- 1 whole Garlic clove minced
- 2 teaspoons fajita seasoning
- 6 whole flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft, about 15 minutes.
- Trim beef of any fat and cut into 1/2" dice. Add beef and jalapeƱos to onions, increase heat to high, and brown meat for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, garlic, and H&H spice salt, adding more if needed.
- To serve, wrap in warm flour tortillas.
