Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1-1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 6 whole eggs
- 3 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup butter melted and cooled
Instructions
- Preheat a waffle iron.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Beat the eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter together in a separate bowl, until well combined. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
- Ladle the batter into the heated waffle iron and cook until the waffles stop steaming and are brown and crisp.
