Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon wasabi powder
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups short-grain rice at room temperature
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- ¾ lb fresh crab meat
- 1 cup chopped avocado
- 1 cup Cucumber peeled, seeded, diced
- ½ cup sliced green onions green part only
- ¼ cup chopped pickled ginger
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 whole sheets nori
- 4 whole 10" or 11" Flour tortillas
Instructions
- Dissolve the wasabi in the water in a small bowl. Add the soy sauce. Combine this mixture with the rice in a large bowl. Add the vinegar and gently stir in the crabmeat, avocado, cucumber, green onion, ginger, and mayonnaise.
- Line each tortilla with a sheet of nori. Divide the rice mixture among the nori-lined tortillas and wrap .
