Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon wasabi powder
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cups short-grain rice at room temperature
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • ¾ lb fresh crab meat
  • 1 cup chopped avocado
  • 1 cup Cucumber peeled, seeded, diced
  • ½ cup sliced green onions green part only
  • ¼ cup chopped pickled ginger
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 whole sheets nori
  • 4 whole 10" or 11" Flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • Dissolve the wasabi in the water in a small bowl. Add the soy sauce. Combine this mixture with the rice in a large bowl. Add the vinegar and gently stir in the crabmeat, avocado, cucumber, green onion, ginger, and mayonnaise.
  • Line each tortilla with a sheet of nori. Divide the rice mixture among the nori-lined tortillas and wrap .
