Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole porterhouse or sirloin steak at least 1" thick
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ whole lemon cut into wedges
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Dust the steaks with pepper; do not salt until after the meat is done to prevent toughness.
  • Place the steaks on a very hot grill for 7 or 8 minutes per side.
  • Remove from grill; brush immediately with olive oil and salt.
  • Serve accompanied by lemon wedges.
