Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp nonfat or reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp nonfat or reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1 cup flaked cooked crab meat or 1 can 6 ounces crab meat, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped green or black olives
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
Instructions
- Place the mayonnaise, sour cream, and chili sauce in a medium-sized bowl, and stir to mix well.
- Add the crab, olives, and onion, and stir to mix well.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with whole grain crackers, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.
