Army Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 16-ounce cans french-cut green beans, drained
- One 10-3/4-ounce condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Salt
- Pepper to taste
- One 16-ounce can fried onions
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place drained green beans in 2-1/2 quart baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix soup and milk, and pour over green beans.
- Add Cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle fried onions over top. Place butter in middle.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
